Structure your time- Keep Busy

You are normal and are having normal reactions. Don't label yourself as crazy. The shock of sudden grief can be overwhelming. Remember that you are having a normal reaction to an abnormal event.

 

Reach out- Other people do care.

  • Keep your life as normal as possible.
  • Spend time with others, don't isolate.
  • Help those around youa as much as possible
  • Give yourself permission to feel rotten and share the feelings with others.
  • Keep a journal. Write your way through those sleepless hours.
